Serena Williams is currently in Paris where she is about to play her first round against Kristie Ahn. However, things are not “normal” this year and the Roland Garros had to be postponed to September/October because of the Coronavirus pandemic. This change of schedules means that currently the tennis players and the few fans allowed to the premises have to face extreme cold weather.
Serena is trying to find a solution to stay warm in these conditions so as to avoid getting injured and she posted a funny picture of her rallying under many layers and with gloves. In that case, the face mask looked like a blessing. Her friend Vika Azarenka had a good laugh about it and her coach Patrick Mouratoglou couldn’t refrain from posting a funny video on his Instagram stories.
