CRISTIANO RONALDO gives fiancee Georgina Rodriguez an £80,000-a-month allowance to help her live the high life, according to reports.
The Portuguese superstar and Rodriguez live a lavish lifestyle in Turin with the forward’s £28million-a-year salary from Juventus.
The loved up pair have one child together, two-year-old daughter Alana Martina, but she also raises Ronaldo’s three other children.
As a m0stly stay-at-home mum, Italian publication Corriere dello Sport claim Ronaldo is happy to give 26-year-old Rodriguez a hefty wedge every month as she also looks after surrogate twins Eva and Mateo and Cristiano Jr.
With millions flooding through the family every month, it is no wonder they continue to live a life most can only dream of.
Holidays on yachts are a regular occurrence while birthdays are often greeted with expensive gifts.
For his 35th birthday, Rodriguez treated her other half to a wrapped Mercedes G-Wagon with a basic starting price of £93,000.
The pair are often seen wearing expensive bling with Ronaldo wowing fans by showing off a £371,000 Rolex watch last month.
Rodriguez also earns a reported whopping £6600 per Instagram post to sponsor a company because of her 16.5m followers.
But it hasn’t always been the high life for Rodriguez who came from very humble beginnings.
She grew up in the tiny village of Jaca, northern Spain, with her Argentinean former footballer father, Jorge, and Spanish mother, Ana.
As a child, she longed to be a ballet dancer. But because her parents couldn’t afford to send her to dance school, Georgina set her sights on a career in fashion retail instead.
Her time living in cramped apartments and working as a waitress wasn’t for her and at 19 she moved to Bristol where she worked as an au pair earning £9.50 an hour.
Once her language skills were up to scratch, she headed back to Spain to pursue her dreams of working in high-end retail in Madrid.
It was then at a Gucci store that she ended up meeting Ronaldo and the rest was history.
Cristiano Ronaldo Goal Stat Not Even Lionel Messi Was Able To Tie
Cristiano Ronaldo has a goal stat not even his nemesis Lionel Messi was able to tie.
At 35, Ronaldo hasn’t shown any signs of ageing when it comes to hitting the back of the net. Many are convinced that the Portuguese star is no doubt being motivated by the return of his favorite competition – the Champions League. However, reports claim that the success of Messi could be the real reason behind Ronaldo’s impeccable stint this year.
To put this into perspective, since Messi won his sixth Ballon d’Or back in Dec. 2, no player in the world has scored more goals than Ronaldo. His latest feat was scoring a goal for Juventus in his last 10 Serie A games. Another notable record came just a few days ago when Ronaldo became the second fastest player to reach 50 goals in Italian soccer.
The legendary forward has surpassed the original Ronaldo, also known as “Il Fenomino,” who stands at 3rd after completing the feat in 77 games. And during a match against AC Milan on Feb. 13, “CR7” scored for the 18th time in his last 14 games to rescue Juventus from defeat in the Coppa Italia semifinal first leg.
Indeed, Ronaldo continue to defy the laws of time. He has broken multiple records since the start of 2020 and is bound to break even more as the year goes by.
While Ronaldo has proven that he is way ahead of his peers given his age, another insane stat revealed that he is a freak of nature when it comes to scoring goals. According to ESPN FC, Ronaldo leads every player in their 30’s in goals scored with a tally of 261 since turning 30. (260 when the post below was created.)
The only player who came close to Ronaldo’s remarkable feat was Zlatan Ibrahimovic who scored an incredible 250 goals since he turned that age. But even Ibrahimovic can’t compare to the likes Ronaldo. Even though Ibrahimovic already got past the 500-goal barrier, Ronaldo is way past him at 700.
Unfortunately for Messi, who will be only 33 years old during the summer of 2020, he has only scored a total of 137 goals since he turned 30 years of age. Though Messi’s tally is also impressive, the Barcelona star is still far behind his long-time rival.
It is a bit too early to assume but based on how Messi has been struggling to score lately, it appears that the Argentine might never surpass nor tie Ronaldo’s incredible stat.
