On the court she cuts an athletic figure – all muscle and power. But even Wimbledon winners have to relax sometimes.
And as Serena Williams strolled on the beach in Miami on Monday, she showed off the curvaceous look instead.
In these new pictures, Serena is toned, slimmer and her dimply thighs are no more. She also appears less muscular, perhaps the result of toned down training due to her recent foot injury.
The top-seeded tennis star was joined on the beach by her friends; the pair basked in glorious weather, with Serena nibbling on food and sipping on a drink.
Later she took to the waters, braving the chilly sea, and made a splash in her mismatched bikini. Serena, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday, has been turning heads as she showcases her new glamorous look.
She was seen at various runway shows at New York Fashion Week recently where she mingled with the likes of American Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
Brr, that’s cold: Serena may well have been looking hot, but she appeared to find the sea a little chilly
A few months back, at a party in the Hamptons, she also sparked rumours that she had undergone surgery on her nose.

Serena Williams’ ‘Thicc’ Booty photos causes stir
Serena Williams just proved she’s got some of the fiercest curves on Instagram. The tennis superstar, mom of one, and businesswoman took to the platform earlier today with the world’s most sophisticated look. Still, those curves were taking center stage.
Posing in a simple dressing room and in front of a clothing rack, the 40-year-old flaunted her muscle machine of a body in a sleek and skintight pair of olive-green pants paired with a fitted white shirt.
The triple update also saw the star rocking dagger stiletto heels as she took the opportunity to plug her Serena clothing line.
Serena Williams eventually managed to take a dip, wearing her mismatched bikini of white bottoms and a patterned top half
Proud Of Her Curves
Serena has been asked how her body image changed over the years.
“When I was young I thought I should be built more like an athlete — long and lean — not with a womanly figure. But then people my age started coming up to me, saying, “I love you because of the way you look.” They could relate to me. That was really motivating,” Serena replied.

“So I learned to be proud of my curves and to embrace my large boobs and my butt. It’s all about loving who you are and realizing that you’re beautiful,” she added.
