Six Serena Williams mesmerizing booty photos got fans talking
Women with larger busts know the legitimate struggle that comes with finding a really good sports bra. And it’s not just about getting your breasts into the bra, which is a battle in and of itself:
We have to consider how the bra will support the weight of our chests, how the straps sit and feel (think about the long-distance runner who has a litany of scars from sports-bras past that weren’t the perfect fit), and a slew of other woes we needn’t bore you with.
And once you’ve actually found a bra that feels good, the next step is figuring out how you feel in the bra and if you like the look of it. (Spoiler alert: Most sports bras for women with big boobs are just ugly.)
Find one that checks all the boxes and well, we’ll call you a miracle worker. So, as it unsurprisingly turns out, Serena Williams’s favorite bra—from an under-the-radar Australian label—is not only the stuff of magic, but is also now available in the U.S. for the first time. Cue all the clapping emojis, right?
Turns out that Serena Williams doesn’t just wear Berlei bras, she’s also a brand ambassador. Like the Hair Club for Men, she’s not only a fan, “but a client, too.” (Anyone?) And Williams has been wearing Berlei sports bras for the past decade of her illustrious, multi-championship career.
“As a female athlete, I know how important a good bra is,” Williams said in a statement. ”As my tennis regime includes tons of high-performance exercises, I’m always running, bouncing, and jumping, and I need to be confident there is both comfort and support—especially on the court.
I am excited to help introduce these bras globally; I haven’t looked back since my mom introduced me to Berlei.”
