Serena Williams and Venus Williams just might be the GOATs of tennis (yep, I said it), so its definitely worth paying attention when the sisters do any kind of workout together.

Serena just shared a video on Instagram of herself and Venus doing some exercises together, and it’ll definitely level up any at-home sweat sesh. “Coach Venus. Watch my workout with Venus @venuswilliams,” she wrote in the caption.
In the video, Serena explained that she and Venus, who are quarantining together, were going to go through her warm-upwhich is about 30 minutes long. “Im so full of myself that Im assuming [people care],” she joked in the beginning of the video. “Im excited to walk you guys through what I like to call a warm up, but its a little intense, so be safe,” Serena added. Um.
Worth noting: Before they got started, Venus sweetly referred to her sister as “the greatest tennis player to ever exist.” Awwww.
On to the workout! The two first sprayed their yoga mats with scented spray (Venus chose lavender; Serena went for citrus). They started out with neck rolls, before moving on to some hip-opening exercises. The dynamic duo ended up moving on to some yoga-style arm stretches before going down on their mats for some leg stretches. “You should feel this as a workout, not necessarily a warm up, but this is a warm up,” Serena said.
TL; DR: The sisters basically did a modified yoga workoutand looked strong AF the entire time.
Afterward, Serena and Venus stood around, chatting, before Serena told her sister that, “Im going to go do some cardio.” GOAT!
