Serena Williams shows off her super fit figure in form-fitting gym wear as she shoots a new commercial in Florida. She’s the number one seeded player in Women’s tennis, and has a plethora of trophies and grand slams under her belt.
So it was little surprise to see Serena Williams showcasing her super fit body as she worked up a sweat during a run in Coral Gables, Florida on Monday. And while the sporting star is famed for her athletic prowess, the 41-year-old was actually hard at work shooting a television commercial as opposed to training for a tournament. Filming a spot for Chase Bank, the legendry Women’s Champion showcased her gym-honed frame in a sporty ensemble.
Donning a lightweight black sports tee-shirt, which clung to her torso, the sporting icon showcased her trim torso and toned arms. Teaming the her Nike tee with an equally athletic pair of three quarter length leggings, Serena made sure the lower-half of her athletic figure was firmly on display.

Rounding her typically sporty wardrobe off, the athlete wore a pair of black and grey Nike running trainers. Obviously not heading out for a real run, Serena didn’t need to accessorise her outfit with anything – but she did sport an iPhone strapped to her arm in a running band.
She wore her dark locks arrow-straight down to her shoulders in a centre-parting, making sure her hair didn’t obscure her features. And with her tresses framing her striking features, the tennis icon opted to only wear a minimal selection of make-up.
Serena looked to be taking her stint in front of the camera in her stride, and was seen chatting away with the cast and crew in-between takes. Speaking in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in January, she addressed her confidence when talking about what makes a woman attractive, insisting that sexiness comes from within.
‘Being sexy is really about how you carry yourself. Strength and confidence equal sexy,’ she explained. Serena also stressed the importance of always being your authentic self – especially when dressing for a first date because ‘your true colours will show through in the end’.
‘I think that goes back to always being yourself from the beginning. Be confident of your inner strength and beauty, and that will be reflected on the outside,’ she added.
Serena Williams laments: “My A$$ is too big & heavy… It limits my speed”
SERENA Williams has always been famous for her curves, but the tennis star admits her booty is too big — to run a marathon. On Friday, Serena Williams set up a 30 minutes Questions and Answers session on Twitter. She called it “Serena Friday” and quite a few interesting and funny topics were discussed. Some questions were strictly related to Tennis: Q.
Are you currently training or taking some time off? A. Taking time off. Q. Any more mix doubles in your career? A. I hope so. Q. How would you define a great coach? A. Honest. Loyal. Q. Do you think Genie Bouchard will have a great career? A.
Oh yes. For sure!! I adore her. Others involved her private life: Q. If you didn’t take up tennis as a career, what else would you have wanted to do? A. Acting Q. Are you enjoying your marriage? A. Yes, but my marriage to Alexis Ohanian isn’t “bliss,” unless we work for It. “Marriage is not bliss. But it can be if you work at it,” said the tennis superstar.
Q. Do you ever want to have more children. A. Desperately. My time will come. But, possibly, the funniest moment was when Serena was asked if she was planning on running the New York Marathon next year, following Caroline Wozniacki`s brilliant performance a few years ago.
Recently, the Dane closed in only 3 hours and 27 minutes. Serena`s hilarious answer was: “My ass is too big to run a marathon.” However, considering that she won 10 of the last 13 matches, when forced to a third set, we doubt Serena would not be fit enough to compete with Caroline also on that field.
