Experts suggest Americans are starting to lose interest in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. This claim has been made by royal expert and commentator Kinsey Schofield.
During her interview with GB News, she touched upon the depleting level of trust American’s have in the couple and was quoted saying, “They’re causing a lot of trouble, not only over there but over here too.”
“It is still an issue of age and demographic – younger people still clamour to them and it’s really still the older people who are focused on common sense, that do understand tradition and are aware of the history, that is starting to think that perhaps the Duke and Duchess don’t have the best intentions when it comes to their relationship with the Royal Family.”
According to a new poll by YouGov, there are no, less than 25% of the population that would be interested in even reading Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new book and barely 67% of people even intend to buy the book.
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle ‘no longer a novelty find’
Experts believe Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s novelty value is reportedly deteriorating due to their Netflix deal. His claim has been brought forward by royal commentator Daniela Elser and during her piece for the New Zealand Herald he claimed, “They might have been ready and open for business, but the nation was not.”
“Fast forward to this year and with the US reopening and life returning to normal and something of the novelty value of a real-life Duke and Duchess in Tinseltown’s midst is no longer quite what it once might have been.”
“If Harry and Meghan don’t want to be written off as a marketing gimmick, and if they want, in the years to come, to keep pulling in those nice big checks full of delicious zeros, then they are going to prove they are worth the investment.”
