Tennis fans are well aware of the relationship between Serena Williams and her daughter Alexis Olympia. The pair shares a very cute bond and Williams posts quite often about Olympia on Instagram. Another really intriguing thing took place between the two as the young Olympia became a doctor for her mother.
The pandemic has surely given enough time to everyone to come close to one another. People are discovering different talents in them and acknowledging them too. Serena Williams is no exception as she also found out an amazing hidden talent in her daughter.
In a recent video, fans could see Olympia taking care of her mother. She transformed herself into a doctor and conducted a ‘fake’ COVID test on Serena. What was even cuter was that the little 3-year-old pronounced the test as ‘Coconut’ test.
“What test is this?” asked a nervous Serena when Olympia tries to insert the equipment into her nose.
“It’s the coconut test,” replied the innocent Olympia.
“Oh! it’s the COVID test,” exclaimed Williams in response.
Olympia quickly put the equipment and then took it off like a professional doctor. Williams got happy seeing her daughter grow and even thanked her for the same.
It was quite clear that even the young 3-year-old was aware of the pandemic in some way. She even exhibited compassion by taking care of her mother.
Serena Williams believes her daughter is a great performer
Williams is confident that her daughter has a multitude of talents. Recently, one could see them both singing and even doing cooking together.
Williams revealed that having Olympia was like having ‘Kelly Clarkson’ in her home. She believed that Olympia was a great performer who also improved her as a person.
Although Williams and her daughter share a great bond, it is also true that she has failed to win a single Grand Slam title since the birth of Olympia.
Fans desperately want Williams to make a convincing comeback at the Australian Open 2021. The 39-year-old will be eyeing her 24th Grand Slam this time.
